John Maher Builders, Inc. has built more than 1,500 homes in middle Tennessee, primarily in the Spring Hill community, since the mid 1980's. And, plans are in effect to build many more in the very near future.

As a company John Maher Builders has won numerous awards for excellence in business and homebuilding. The latest recognitions came in 2007 when the company was honored with a "Best in Business Award" from the Nashville Business Journal, and was the recipient of three "Showcase of Homes" awards from the Homebuilders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT). In addition, for four straight years, readers of the former Review Appeal in Williamson County, voted John Maher Builders "Williamson County's Favorite Home Builder." This in itself is an amazing accomplishment considering there are dozens of builders constructing homes in Tennessee's fastest growing area just 30 miles south of Nashville.

While most builders in the Spring Hill area are affiliated with national or regional building companies, John Maher is a long time Williamson County resident and many of his production and administrative staff are local residents as well. They take extreme pride in building, selling and servicing quality, energy efficient and affordable homes in their own communities.

With numerous different and well planned and developed communities, John Maher Builders is the most affordable option in the area. Quality new homes can be built for thousands less than what can be found in communities just a few miles to the north.
