"The first time we drove into Newport Crossing we fell in love with the overall appearance of the homes and commons area. Each home is as unique and wonderful as its occupants and we love our neighbors. Our home is extremely well build and energy efficient. The excellent workmanship and building materials used in construction have made the house virtually maintenance free. Of course, we could go on about the beautiful pool, clubhouse, sidewalk and tennis courts. We get it all for such a low association fee we almost feel guilty for enjoying our home so much. "
