John Maher Builders has been a vital part of the Spring Hill, Tenn. community for two decades. Our company has consistently grown right along with the area which, according to recent statistics, is the second fastest growing in Tennessee and 14th fastest growing in the nation.

Spring Hill is a unique city of close to 20,000 residents (according to 2005 special population census) located about 30 miles south of metropolitan Nashville. A unique aspect of Spring Hill is that the northern half of the city lies in Williamson County while the southern half is in Maury County. New businesses and restaurants are moving in at a rapid pace giving Spring Hill many big city amenities, however the community retains it's small town beauty and qualities which in part are showcased annually with the Spring Hill Country Ham Festival presented by John Maher Builders.
