John Maher Builders' Wade's Grove community development is located in Spring Hill, Tenn. in southern Williamson County. We are about 30 minutes south of metropolitan Nashville, 30 minutes west of Murfreesboro, 10 minutes south of Franklin and 10 minutes north of Columbia.

Driving instructions :

• Take I-65 South to Exit 59B/Hwy 840W
• Take Exit 28/US-31S and go Left
• Take Hwy 31 to Buckner Rd and turn Left
• Follow Buckner Rd to end and turn right onto Buckner Lane
• Go approx 1.5 miles, Wades Grove on Left.
