John Maher Builders' Wade's Grove community development is located in Spring Hill, Tenn. in southern Williamson County. We are about 30 minutes south of metropolitan Nashville, 30 minutes west of Murfreesboro, 10 minutes south of Franklin and 10 minutes north of Columbia.

Driving instructions :

• Travel I-65 to TN-396 (Saturn Parkway) exit 53 towards Columbia/Spring Hill.
• Go 0.6 mile on TN-396 and take the Port Royal Road Exit.
• Turn right on Port Royal Road.
• Travel 0.2 mile and the road will Y. Continue on Port Royal Road by veering to the left.
• Travel another 1 mile until Port Royal Road ends and intersects with Duplex Road.
• Turn right on Duplex Road.
• Travel 1 mile to Buckner Lane.
• Turn left on Buckner Lane and travel 0.5 mile.
• The entrance to the Wade's Grove community is on the right.
