John Maher Builders' Wakefield community development is located in Spring Hill, Tenn. in southern Williamson County. We are about 30 minutes south of metropolitan Nashville, 30 minutes west of Murfreesboro, 10 minutes south of Franklin and 10 minutes north of Columbia.

Driving Instructions:

• Travel I-65 to TN-396 (Saturn Parkway) exit towards Columbia/Spring Hill , exit 53.
• Go 0.6 mile on TN-396 and take the Port Royal Road Exit.
• Turn right on Port Royal Road.
• Travel 0.2 mile and the road will Y. Continue on Port Royal Road by veering to the left.
• Travel another 1 mile until Port Royal Road ends and intersects with Duplex Road.
• Turn left on Duplex Road.
• Travel 0.3 mile. The entrance to the Wakefield community is on the right.
