One Year Warranty
John Maher Builders goes far and above the industry standard with a comprehensive one year warranty on all its homes. It is just another way of making sure our customers are fully satisfied and continue to enjoy their new homes.

** Reminder: Minor and cosmetic issues will be addressed at year-end, however, anything that would interfere with safety, comfort, or cause more damage please report immediately. All requests for warranty repairs must be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., excluding Holidays.
