John Maher Builders' Williams Park community development is located in Spring Hill, Tenn. in northern Maury County. We are about 30 minutes south of metropolitan Nashville, 30 minutes west of Murfreesboro, 10 minutes south of Franklin and 10 minutes north of Columbia.

Driving instructions:

• Travel I-65 to TN-396 (Saturn Parkway) exit 53 towards Columbia/Spring Hill.
• Go 0.6 mile on TN-396 and take the Port Royal Road Exit.
• Turn right on Port Royal Road.
• Travel 0.2 mile and the road will Y. Continue on Port Royal Road by veering to the left.
• Travel another .5 miles.
• The entrance to the Williams Park community is on the left.
